Hi Debbie,

I wanted to share something with you about your son. Tonight on our way home

from the pool, Aksel started telling me how great Thomas is to him. He is

encouraging him all the time and Aksel told me that he cheers him up when he is

not swimming well or telling him 'good job' when he is doing well. He

concluded these comments with the statement that it was great to have a role

model like Thomas in the club and that he now understands that he can do the

same thing for the swimmers younger then him. He says it makes a big difference

when you get noticed and spoken to by the 'big' swimmers and Thomas

seems to know just what to say to him. I felt sooo grateful for these

observations and wanted to make sure you are aware that your son is  a really

positive influence on Aksel right now. Thank you to you for raising such a great

young man and thank you to Thomas for encouraging these keen young swimmers.
